Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what your rights are. Effective November 5, 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by Bold Latitude LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Bold Latitude LLC.

We are responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us at contact@boldlatitude.com.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to run this website and answer you.

  • Messages you send us. When you email us, we receive your name, email address, the content of your message and any other details you choose to include.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time of the visit.

Please do not send us sensitive personal data, such as health or financial information.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising pixels or social media trackers. Our fonts are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your data to a font provider.

If this changes, we will update this policy before the new tools go live and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

How we use your data

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss possible work with you.
  • To prepare and perform a contract with you or your company.
  • To keep this website secure and working properly.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list without your permission.

If the EU or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases.

  • Contract. Processing needed to take steps at your request before a contract, or to perform one.
  • Legitimate interests. Answering enquiries, running our business and keeping this website secure.
  • Legal obligation. Keeping records that the law requires.
  • Consent. Where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who receives your data

We share personal data only with service providers that help us operate, mainly our website hosting and email providers, and with professional advisers where needed. These providers may process data only for the services they supply to us.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process data in other countries, including countries in the European Union. Those countries may have different data protection laws from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries. Up to 24 months after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract.
  • Client records. For as long as the contract lasts and afterwards as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
  • Server logs. For a limited period set by our hosting provider, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • ask for access to your personal data or a copy of it,
  • correct inaccurate data,
  • ask us to delete your data,
  • restrict or object to certain processing,
  • receive your data in a portable format,
  • withdraw consent where we rely on it.

Residents of California and some other US states may also have rights under their state privacy laws, where those laws apply to us. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

To make a request, email contact@boldlatitude.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No website or email system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

This website may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version always appears on this page with its effective date, which is November 5, 2026.
